It is NOT Personal! They do not know you; don’t escalate it because they hurt your feelings.

They know not what they do.


You are not a victim; you are a human; make what you will of it.

It is critical to our job retention that we remember at ALL times: We are nothing.

Not everyone is going to love you all the time.

All these comments are generated in resentment of the human condition wherein one has forgotten that all are perfect as they are…even our resentment is perfect.

If in doubt; blame the guard…but of course you have no doubt.

Please let me tell you what behavior we are concerned about before you start your denials.

The Public: common denominator is fear
